  • If you already know your event date and want to see which items are available for that specific day, it is easy! Simply choose the 5-day rental period by selecting the pickup date in the online calendar to see what is available. You will also be asked to choose pick-up and drop-off times. We know that you might not be sure what your schedule will look like for your event dates. If you would like to change your pickup or drop-off times, please email us at [email protected].

  • Of course! Our hours are by appointment only, so we ask that you contact us to schedule an opportunity to view the items you are interested in – please email us at [email protected] We will set up a convenient appointment time for you and your items will be brought out of storage to show you based upon availability.  

  • Should you need the items a bit longer, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request with a rental period that meets your specific needs. This will be based on availability of your chosen items.

  • We are happy to update your order as you refine your vision and will work with you to find the perfect items for your occasion. Please email us at [email protected] and we will take care of everything.

  • We understand that sometimes "life happens" and you may have to make changes to your event plans. We will make every effort to work with you to make any changes as stress-free and effortless as we can.

    Cancellation Policy - We ask for cancellation notice at least 30 days before the first day of your specified rental period for a refund of your rental deposit minus a $50 administrative fee. If you need to cancel your order less than 30 days before the first day of your specified rental period we are unable to refund your rental deposit.

    Change Policy - We are happy to work with you to make changes as required to your order. We ask that give us as much notice as possible to make these changes. If changes are made more than 30 days before your rental start date, we can change or remove any items as long as your total rental value does not drop below your 50% deposit amount. Changes made to rental items less than 30 days before the start of the rental period will be made by substitutions of equal value rental items based upon availability. If an item is removed from your order (and you choose not to substitute it) you will be charged for the full rental rate of that item. Order changes cannot be made within 14 days of your event.

  • We are located in Southwest Calgary in the community of Silverado.  All pick up and returns are by appointment only.

  • Yes, either you or someone else can pick up and return your order. If another person will be picking up and returning, they will need to know what name your order is booked under and you need to ensure the remaining balance owing on the account is paid one week prior to pick up.

  • No, unfortunately we do not offer delivery or set up of rentals at this time.

  • As early as you can! Early reservations are always advisable to avoid disappointment as all rentals are on a first come first served basis.

  • Of course! Please call or email us and we will be happy to help guide you through choosing the perfect items to rent for your event.

  • There is no minimum order amount.

  • To prevent damage, we do not allow real wax candles to be used inside our rental items. We offer a full line of LED candles for your convenience, or you can supply your own.

    We have 2 exceptions:

    a) Real wax taper candles may be used in our taper candle holders but the candle holders must be returned free of wax to avoid the $50.00 cleaning fee.

    b) Wax candles may be used in our glass cylinder vases but the vases must be returned clean and free of wax to avoid the $50.00 cleaning fee.

  • We collect a 50% deposit the day you book your order and the items are considered out of our inventory for your date and thus made unavailable to other potential customers. This ensures you will have all the items you need on the date you require them.

    You may pay the final balance on your account at any point before your event, but we must receive full payment one week before the start of your rental period. Full payment must be received or items cannot be picked-up. We accept payments via Credit Card.

    • Missing and Damaged Items -The "Renter" is responsible for returning rental items in the same condition in which they were received, except for ordinary wear and tear. You are liable for the replacement cost of damaged or lost items. To avoid any damage during transportation, we recommend that all items are packaged as sent. If you do have missing or damaged items upon return, you will be informed as soon as possible. If the missing items cannot be found or if we are unable to contact you or the person responsible for the rental within 48 hours of your specified return date, a replacement fee of up to four (4) times the rental cost of the piece will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
